Canadian Volunteer Service Medal with Clasp, War Medal, Special Service Medal with NATO clasp, UN Korea (impressed 367 Baine C.W.), Canadian Forces Decoration, Geo VI with bar (impressed F/O C.H. Baine). Note different middle initial on CD. There appears to be an attempted correction to middle intial on CD.

The RCAF List for 1 Feb 1965 lists has an entry for 367 Baine C.W. with the rank of Squadron Leader in the Aircraft Engineering Branch. The entry shows a CD entitlement. Group is court mounted as worn and plated.
