Canada General Service Medal, 1 clasp Fenian Raid 1866 impressed in upper case (late issue naming) Pte J.B. Loeman 2nd Battalion.

Pte Loeman's medal was a late issue award granted on 19 June 1915. He is listed on p.283 of Thyen's Roll. 273 medals were issued to the 2nd Battalion. The Queen's Own Rifles of Toronto fought at Ridgeway. The original medal roll at the National Archives may confirm Loeman's service at the Battle.
