Orders are shipped out within 1-4 days after the receipt of payment.

1. Prices quoted DO NOT include shipping/delivery charges. These will be added to your order and are calculated based upon recipient's address, shipping method, size of goods shipped and insurance request.
2. All efforts are being made that goods are properly packed and secured. 
3. For all express/FedEx shipments tracking numbers will be provided upon request. 
4. All local duties, taxes, and other liabilities are sole responsibility of the buyer; please inform us of any specific requirements we need to put on your shipping bill/invoice. 
5. All items will be shipped UNINSURED and at BUYER'S risk and loss UNLESS insurance has been requested and purchased. If insurance is NOT available for your place of residence then any loss during shipping/transit is sole responsibility of the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made between the buyer and Osborne Medals. 
6. Orders are generally shipped out within 1-4 days after the receipt of payment. 
7. Please note that Federal Express does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Furthermore in some Countries (USA) Federal Express does leave parcels at the residential addresses WITHOUT signature being required.
