Terms and Conditions of Medal and Militaria Sales

Guarantee: All items are sold as genuine and original unless otherwise indicated. Any item purchased may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. If not completely satisfied and any item subsequently proven to be a fake, renamed or fitted with non entitled bars may be returned within 7 days and the purchase price will be refunded.

Payments: payments can be made by; CASH, CASHIER CHEQUE, BANK DRAFT/MONEY ORDER, PAYPAL and INTERNATIONAL POSTAL MONEY ORDER.

Sales Taxes: Shopping is Tax Free outside of Canada.

  • Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador  sales are subject to the HST (13%), which will be added to the final price.
  • BC sales are subject to the HST (13%), which will be added to the final price. 
  • Shipments outside of Ontario, BUT within those provinces not subject to the HST are still subject to the Canadian Goods and Services tax (5%).

PayPal: All PayPal payments are accepted with a 4% surcharge on the total amount. PayPal payments can be made to: k-osborne@sympatico.ca

All items sold are on a "first come, first served" basis. Please note that ordering through email is not a guarantee of sale, since the item(s) may have been already sold. Every effort is made to frequently update this site.
